Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metalworking and be proficient in operating metal trimming equipment. Your attention to detail will ensure that all finished products meet our strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines effectively to produce required output.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.
• Document and report production metrics and machine performance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
• Consideration for experience in manufacturing environments

Experience

• Experience working with various metals, including stainless steel and aluminum.

Technical Skills

• Metal Finishing Techniques
• CAD/CAM software

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of metal finishing techniques: Understanding of processes such as polishing, grinding, and deburring.
