Job Description

We are looking for Health Information Technologists and Medical Registrars to play a pivotal role in our healthcare operations. Ideal candidates will be responsible for managing patient data, ensuring compliance with health information regulations, and supporting various medical registries. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in health information management.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the data entry and management operations in the medical registry.
  • Conduct training sessions for new staff on EHR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian health information standards.
  • Assist with the integration of new health information technologies.
  • Maintain documentation related to health information processes.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding patient health information.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve health information system issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Health Information Management or related field is advantageous
  • Advanced certification in health information management is a plus
