Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover insights.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to inform data-driven decisions.
• Create and automate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analytics.
• Support ad-hoc data requests from senior management.
• Participate in data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity.
• Provide training to staff on data visualization tools and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in analysis or related areas
