Responsibilities

• Create and manage strategic partnerships that enhance event visibility.
• Research market trends to inform promotional strategies.
• Actively engage in networking opportunities to broaden our outreach.
• Assist in the development of presentations and promotional materials.
• Help maintain a comprehensive database of media contacts, promotional metrics, and trends.
• Participate in company meetings to contribute to marketing and event strategy.
• Assist in crisis management and reputation management strategies as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Management or Marketing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in public relations or related fields is preferred

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Google Analytics

• Detail-oriented
• Team Player

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience coordinating large-scale events: Experience working with diverse audiences and complex logistics.
