Job Description

As an Executive Coach, you will provide guidance and support to executives, helping them enhance their leadership skills and navigate complex business challenges. Your role will include personalized coaching sessions and developing tailored development plans for executives.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the individual needs of executives and tailor coaching sessions accordingly.
  • Design and implement team-building exercises and leadership workshops.
  • Monitor the outcomes of coaching sessions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster a supportive coaching environment.
  • Utilize assessment tools to gain insights into executives' capabilities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to executives.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance coaching methods and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
  • Advanced certification in Coaching or similar is highly regarded
Experience
  • 7+ years in coaching with a proven track record
