Responsibilities

• Manage the design and construction of nuclear facilities.
• Optimize nuclear processes for cost-effectiveness and safety.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss project milestones and challenges.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Write technical reports and documentation for project tracking.
• Act as a liaison between engineering teams and management.
• Research and implement energy-efficient practices in nuclear operations.
• Support the planning and execution of field tests and experiments.
• Lead projects that improve the overall sustainability of nuclear energy.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the engineering teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in nuclear systems or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
