We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our Melbourne operations. The successful candidate will manage daily warehouse functions, lead a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse operations including labour management and equipment usage.
• Assess and improve operational processes for better efficiency.
• Establish effective communication between warehouse and management.
• Create and maintain documentation related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse facility.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years experience in a supervisory role in warehousing operations

• Inventory Control Systems

• First-Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
