Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Logging Equipment Operators who possess the expertise to operate log loaders and other machinery. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely loading and unloading logs, ensuring compliance with industry standards whilst maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload logs from transport using log loader equipment.
• Monitor and report on logs for quality and compliance checks.
• Maintain records of logs and loading schedules.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and report any issues.
• Work effectively within a team to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist in training less experienced team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating heavy machinery in forestry/logistics preferred.
