Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse passionate about supporting individuals with mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health nursing, with a focus on holistic care and recovery strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients for changes in mental state and report findings.
  • Design and implement recovery-oriented practices.
  • Provide therapeutic support in various settings, including hospitals and community services.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in care.
  • Offer continuous support throughout the recovery journey.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to enhance care delivery.
  • Promote mental health awareness within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in mental health settings

Certifications

Languages
