Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients' health needs and responses.
• Coordinate with doctors and specialists regarding patient care.

• Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Assist in research and evidence-based practice within the unit.
• Develop skills through continuous learning opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies.
• Engage in community outreach and education programs.
• Help new team members through orientation and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate qualifications in Nursing are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical experience in a similar role

• IV Therapy
• Patient Education

Certifications

• Infection Control Certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
