Responsibilities

• Lead design discussions and ideation sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for design patterns and user flows.
• Analyse user feedback and behavioural data to iterate on designs.
• Foster a user-centered design approach across projects.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• HTML/CSS
