Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Molder, Shaper, and Caster to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. In this role, you will create precise molds and models for mannequins and other display products, playing a crucial part in our production process.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to design and modify molds.
• Work closely with engineers to optimize mold designs.
• Document production processes and provide reports to management.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in molding.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department.

Requirements

Education

• Related vocational qualifications will be considered

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mold making or related fields

Technical Skills

• Experience with latex and silicone molding materials
• Experience with CAD software

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with advanced molding techniques: Knowledge of various production techniques for improving efficiency.
• Knowledge of sustainable materials: Experience with environmentally friendly materials in production.
