Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The successful candidate will handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of IT equipment while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff and clients as needed.
  • Document issues and solutions in the help desk management system.
  • Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protocols across systems.
  • Train users on new technologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure projects.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and backup procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT support role
