• Direct the credit and collections team in managing customer accounts.
• Develop effective strategies to improve cash flow and debt recovery.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on credit management.
• Review and analyze credit applications and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve credit issues.
• Monitor credit limits and terms for existing customers.
• Generate detailed reports on outstanding debts and collection results.
• Maintain records of collection efforts and updates.
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and payment negotiations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field
• Master's degree will be advantageous
• Financial Analysis Extensive experience in assessing financial statements and credit data.
• Negotiation Strong skills in negotiating payment terms and resolving disputes.
• Regulatory Compliance Expertise in understanding and applying financial regulations.
• ERP Software Proficient in using ERP systems for credit and collections management.
• Leadership Exceptional leadership capabilities to manage and develop team talent.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem Solving Ability to address and resolve complex issues effectively.
• CPA or CMA preferred
• English (Fluent)

• Proficiency in a second language: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) collections: Hands-on experience with business credit agreements and B2B collections.
