Job Description

As a Weigher, Measurer, Checker, and Sampler, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our products. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, measurements, and providing detailed reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Measure the weight and quality of raw and processed materials.
• Generate detailed reports based on measurement results for management review.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations during all operations.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure product quality.
• Record and analyse measurement data to identify potential discrepancies.
• Participate in audits related to quality control processes.
• Assist in improving measurement processes and tools.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on quality control practices.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Quality Control or related field

Experience

• Min. 5 years’ experience in quality assurance or control.

Technical Skills

• Measurement Tools Proficiency
• Reporting Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Effective Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project management experience: Hands-on experience managing projects to improve quality control processes.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies: Experience in applying Lean practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
