Bull Chain Operator

Job Description

The Bull Chain Operator will be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining the bull chain, a critical component of our sawmill production line. Ideal candidates will have a keen attention to detail and technical knowledge of the machinery to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal performance of the bull chain equipment.
• Assist in training new operators on safety standards and procedures.
• Keep the work area organized and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Assist in inventory management of spare parts and tools.
• Report any safety incidents or accidents immediately.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications needed, on-the-job training provided

Experience

• Experience in a similar production environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Understanding of mechanical systems
• Basic computer skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
