Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Clay Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain clay processing machines, ensuring the production of high-quality clay products. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate clay processing equipment in accordance with specifications.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality assurance.
• Document production data and machine performance metrics.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production output and efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure product specifications are met.
• Implement continuous improvement practices within the production team.
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized to maintain safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to production planning.
• Assist with inventory management of clay materials.
• Provide feedback on machine performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications or training in machine operation or maintenance are advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in the construction and building materials industry is highly desirable.
