Responsibilities

• Design and develop bespoke saddles and harnesses for various equestrian needs
• Utilise different leatherworking techniques to achieve desired finishes
• Manage inventory of materials and tools effectively
• Conduct quality inspections on completed products
• Assist in product development and innovation for new designs
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
• Participate in workshops and training sessions for skill enhancement
• Document all processes and procedures for quality assurance

Requirements

Education

• Certification in equestrian equipment or similar
• Experience in custom leather goods design is highly regarded

Experience

• 5 years of experience crafting saddles and harnesses
