Job Description

As a Roll Line Operator, you will take responsibility for operating and maintaining roll line machinery within our manufacturing facility. Your role is crucial in ensuring production processes are efficient, compliant with safety regulations, and produce top-notch quality products. This position requires not only mechanical skills but also attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate and manage roll line machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Lead daily production meetings to discuss output goals.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in inventory management for raw materials.
• Implement quality control measures and corrective actions.
• Assist with the setup and calibration of new machinery.
• Conduct safety audits and participate in safety training.
• Train and mentor junior operators on machinery operation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Roll Line Operator or in a related role.

Technical Skills

• Machine maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent
