Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Industrial Machinery Mechanic to join our skilled team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure maximum production efficiency in a fast-paced printing environment. You will handle troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance, while ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate foiling machines effectively.
• Ensure machinery is maintained according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Assist in the training of new team members on machinery use and safety protocols.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the production line.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and report any hazards immediately.

Requirements

Education

• Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• At least 3 years' experience in machinery maintenance and operation.
