Job Description

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to educate staff on effective document design.
• Revise existing documents to improve layout and overall presentation.
• Collaborate with external vendors for printing and production needs.
• Implement feedback from team leads to refine design standards.
• Document design processes and maintain comprehensive design guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards in all published materials.
• Use design software to create graphics, infographics, and illustrations.
• Assist with copywriting for materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
• Develop and maintain a digital asset library for easy access to design components.
• Contribute to the organisation of design-related events and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in desktop publishing or related design field

• Adobe Illustrator
