Job Description

We seek a skilled Muck Hauler to facilitate the transport of materials on construction sites. Your role will involve operating heavy-duty trucks and ensuring that all safety standards are met. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are vital aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks in a safe and efficient manner to minimise risks.
• Coordinate with site managers on daily transport needs.
• Maintain accurate logs of transported materials.
• Perform checks on vehicular equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Implement company health and safety practices in daily operations.
• Support team efforts during site preparation and cleanup.

Requirements

Education

• Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence is a must
• Additional heavy vehicle licences (HC or MC) preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience in similar roles preferred.

Technical Skills

• Heavy Vehicle Operation
• Vehicle Safety Protocols

Soft Skills

• Safety Awareness
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• First Aid training preferable

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Additional heavy vehicle licences: Hold any further heavy vehicle licenses such as HC or MC.
• Experience with material handling equipment: Skills in operating additional machinery like forklifts.
