We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team in Sunshine Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient, sustainable, and safe. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring projects to life and meet client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative mechanical solutions.
• Perform feasibility studies and cost estimations for new projects.
• Implement sustainable practices in mechanical design.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.
• Document all phases of design and development processes.
• Monitor project timelines and budget compliance.
• Provide technical training to team members when required.
• Contribute to the development of engineering policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
