Job Description

As a Helper in our Production team, you will play a vital role in sorting and cutting fabrics for recycling. This hands-on position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Grade and separate fabrics by type and condition.
• Cut and prepare fabrics for recycling efficiently.
• Check for and eliminate contaminants prior to processing.
• Help with equipment checks and maintenance.
• Assist in achieving team production goals and timelines.
• Follow safety practices at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or textile industry is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Fabric Handling Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
