Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corncob Pipe Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team. The successful candidate will oversee the production process, ensuring that high-quality corncob pipes are manufactured efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production meetings to communicate objectives and priorities.
• Monitor production workflow and adjust as necessary to optimize output.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best manufacturing practices.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams for inventory management.
• Act as a liaison between management and the production team.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development of new products and processes.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operational.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in Quality Assurance is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
