Job Description

We are seeking motivated Extruding and Drawing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic team at Grid Caster. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality metal and plastic products, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and rectify any issues that arise during production.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on the machinery.
• Communicate effectively with production supervisors regarding machine status.
• Assist in the development of process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Manage the inventory of materials used in manufacturing processes.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet quality and safety standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
• Relevant certifications in industry best practices are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in operating extrusion machines and understanding their functions
• Experience with CAD software for design purposes

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Effective communication skills

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification
• Quality Assurance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
