We are looking for skilled Sewing Machine Operators to join our production team. This role is pivotal in creating high-quality leather belts. The ideal candidate will have experience with various sewing machines and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality leather belts by measuring, cutting, and sewing materials.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.
• Assist in quality control and inventory management.
• Work closely with the production coordinator to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production updates and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in Fashion or Textiles preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in sewing or textile production
