Job Description

As a Dispatch Manager, you will oversee the dispatch team, implement effective dispatch procedures, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth logistics operations. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing our service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare dispatch reports and analyse performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery timelines.
  • Address and resolve any delivery discrepancies or client concerns.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance dispatch processes.
  • Evaluate and improve existing dispatch strategies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on objectives.
  • Ensure the use of transport management systems for tracking.

Requirements

Education
  • Advanced degree or certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous
