Job Description

As a Security Guard at Top Security Services, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for patrons and staff in vibrant entertainment venues. Your role will require strong communication skills, agility, and the ability to manage conflicts professionally.

Responsibilities

• Implement security measures to protect patrons and staff.
• Conduct searches and inspections as required.
• Prepare incident reports and document activities thoroughly.
• Assist in crowd control during events.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential issues.
• Provide first aid assistance when necessary.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with venue staff.
• Ensure adherence to all operational and legal standards.
• Train new staff on security protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in security or related field is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic self-defense knowledge
• Ability to multitask

Soft Skills

• Judgment
• Integrity

Certifications

• Valid security license
• First Aid and CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in self-defense or martial arts: Formal training in self-defence or martial arts is a definite advantage.
