As a Shingles Roofer Helper, you will work closely with our experienced roofing team to assist in the installation and repair of shingle roofs. Your role is crucial as you support the Shingles Roofer in all duties, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality. Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to the Shingles Roofer during installation processes.
• Ensure job sites are tidy and free of hazards.
• Help secure roofing materials and tools effectively.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of roofing supplies.
• Participate in safety inspections of the worksite.
• Test and monitor the integrity of roof installations.
• Document work performed and report to the supervisor.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in construction or roofing are advantageous

Experience

• Experience in physically demanding jobs or outdoor environments preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
