Job Description

We are seeking a data-savvy Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Perth. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data to help drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to identify trends and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous data analysis to support business objectives.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Manage data projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests to aid in strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master's preferred, especially in data-related fields

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role or equivalent
