Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer at our hydroelectric power plant, you will take charge of maintaining and enhancing the electrical systems. This position is critical in ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and safely while meeting industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Work with cross-functional teams on plant optimization projects.
• Evaluate new technologies for integration into existing systems.
• Train operational staff on electrical system procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the power generation industry.
