Job Description

We are in search of a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist to join our supportive team at ABC Behavioral Health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing tailored behavioral intervention plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, and delivering therapy to individuals and groups to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Document treatment plans and client progress comprehensively.
• Engage in case consultation and supervision as needed.
• Stay updated with current best practices in psychological interventions.
• Facilitate workshops or training sessions for staff on behaviour modification techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work
• Master's in Clinical Psychology preferred

Experience

• 2+ years experience in behavioral health settings preferred

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Registered Psychologist License in New South Wales

Languages

• English: Fluent
