Job Description

Join us as a Umpire/Referee where you will play a vital role in the integrity of our sports events. Your responsibilities include managing the game flow, communicating effectively with players and coaches, and ensuring a safe environment for all participants.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety and game regulations.
• Evaluate player performance and conduct regular assessments.
• Assist in training new referees and officials.
• Stay updated on the latest rules and amendments in the sport.
• Foster a spirit of sportsmanship and teamwork among players.
• Report any incidents or issues to the management.
• Assist in organising and scheduling games.
• Collaborate with coaches and team management to enhance the game experience.

Requirements

Education

• Higher level Referee accreditation preferred
• Experience in coaching or mentoring is a plus

Experience

• Experience in officiating multiple sports is beneficial

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
