Job Description

We are currently seeking Gambling Surveillance Officers to join our team in Melbourne. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and ensure the safety and security of our entertainment venue using advanced surveillance technologies. You will play a vital role in identifying suspicious activities, assisting with incident management, and working closely with security personnel to uphold the security protocols of our venue.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient communication flows between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor and analyse order trends to forecast future back order scenarios.
• Implement quality control measures to improve order accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in training new staff on back order processing procedures.
• Support the development of strategies to enhance supply chain performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in back order management.
• Assist in the preparation of performance reports and analytics for management.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certification in supply chain or logistics is advantageous.

Experience

• Prior experience in order management or logistics is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in CRM software
• Advanced Excel skills

• Interpersonal skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

• International shipping experience: Experience working with customs regulations and international deliveries.
