Job Description

We are currently searching for dedicated Food Cooking Machine Operators and Tenders to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating thermo processing equipment to produce high-quality food products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience in equipment operation, and a commitment to food safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for running and maintaining various food cooking machines.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal product quality.
• Implement steps to improve food safety standards within the production line.
• Actively participate in team efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct post-operation clean-up and maintenance as required.
• Provide feedback on machinery performance and suggest improvements.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production targets and challenges.
• Assist in preparing reports on production performance.
• Support the training of new employees in equipment handling.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Food Processing or equivalent
• Food handling training or certification

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in food production

Technical Skills

• Quality Control
• Mechanical Aptitude

Certifications

• Food Safety Supervisor Certification
• HACCP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with packaging equipment: Knowledge of operating and maintaining food packaging machinery.
