Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of cell equipment.

• Document production data and assist with reporting.
• Conduct regular checks and basic repairs on equipment.
• Support teamwork to enhance workflow and efficiency.
• Engage in safety training and uphold standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years experience in a similar role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing software

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of quality assurance processes: Experience in quality control and assurance is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety protocols: Understanding and application of safety regulations are important.
