Job Description

As a Helpers--Production Worker, you will play a key role in assisting the Evaporator Technician and Process Engineer in the efficient operation and maintenance of our evaporator equipment. Responsibilities

• Monitor process parameters during evaporator operations and adjust as necessary.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment under the supervision of senior staff.
• Maintain documentation of daily production activities and equipment servicing.
• Assist in the training of new team members on equipment operations and safety practices.
• Help maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide feedback on operational challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Any relevant certifications in food processing or safety are advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is preferred but not required
