Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our team in Gold Coast. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, ensuring that each one meets our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing materials and promote upcoming events to increase attendance.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections for potential venues.
  • Implement best practices for event planning and management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  • Assist in developing post-event reports and analysis for future planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus

  • 1+ years of experience in event planning or related field
