Job Description

We're on the lookout for a savvy Business Development Executive to spearhead our sales efforts and cultivate lasting relationships with clients. In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and work closely with various teams to align our offerings with market demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market presence.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales trends.
• Work closely with marketing to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
• Utilise CRM software to track client interactions and sales progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in technology
