As a Cone Cleaner, you will be crucial in ensuring that our industrial cones and cylinders are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This role demands a meticulous approach to maintain our strict hygiene standards in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of cones and cylinders with appropriate cleaning agents.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify cleaning needs and issues.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene standards in all cleaning tasks.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning processes and supplies used.
• Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime during cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cleaning area and equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss cleaning strategies.
• Assist in the training of new cleaning personnel.
• Support the Maintenance Team as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Industrial Cleaning or related field

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
