Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Elevator Constructor Supervisor to manage and oversee the construction and maintenance of elevators in various settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and an extensive understanding of elevator systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the construction and maintenance of elevators across multiple projects.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor work quality to uphold standards of excellence.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Prepare periodic reports on project status for management.
  • Assist in developing long-term maintenance schedules.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adequate resources.
  • Participate in safety audits and implement necessary changes.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Advise on technical specifications and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Completion of relevant trade certification (e.g., Elevator Mechanic)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (desirable)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in elevator construction and maintenance, including supervisory experience
