Job Description

We are searching for a meticulous Linen Checker who will ensure the quality and accuracy of all linen products supplied to our clients. The right individual will possess a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exemplary service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all linens meet the company's quality and customer expectations.
• Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen items.
• Coordinate with the Linen Manager about any issues or concerns related to linen quality.
• Conduct regular audits of linen stock to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Assist in training new staff on company standards and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality issues and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Quality Control or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or linen services is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Linen Care
• Inventory Management

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Quality Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of Safety Standards: Understanding of health and safety protocols in a laundry environment.
