Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking motivated Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team in Sydney. Successful candidates will play a key role in assisting our site supervisors and tradespeople, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the setup and cleanup of the construction site.
• Perform physical labor, including lifting heavy loads.
• Assist in installing structures and fixtures as per directional blueprints.
• Provide support for scaffolding and other temporary structures.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow instructions from the site foreman to ensure project quality.
• Actively participate in safety training programs.
• Work collaboratively with other trades to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles preferred
