Job Description

As a Reeler, you'll play a critical role in the operation of our crushing, grinding, and polishing machines. We seek candidates with a robust background in manufacturing, ensuring that our production lines run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machines for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during operation.
• Adhere to quality control standards for all finished products.
• Document all procedures and incidents as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Manufacturing (preferred)

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in machining or manufacturing roles

Technical Skills

• Preventive Maintenance
• Lean Manufacturing Principles

Certifications

• Advanced Safety Training

Languages

• English: Fluent
