Job Description

Seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to enhance patient care services in our Melbourne facility. The ideal candidate will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective nursing care in a friendly and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe patient conditions and report changes to medical staff.
• Administer first aid and emergency care as required.
• Plan and implement effective nursing interventions based on patient assessments.
• Support the hydration and nutritional needs of patients.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists as necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in critical care is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in acute care settings.
