Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmic Medical Technologist to conduct diagnostic examinations using advanced ultrasound technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating images and assisting ophthalmologists in diagnosing eye conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform A-scan and B-scan ultrasound examinations on patients.
- Assist in acquiring images for further diagnostic purposes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding the examination process.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Advantageous
- Knowledge of Fundus Photography: Experience in capturing and interpreting fundus images.
- Advanced Echography Techniques: Experience with A-scan and B-scan imaging for enhanced diagnostics.
