Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Industrial-Organizational Psychologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting psychological assessments, delivering training programs, and providing support to individuals facing work-related challenges. You will leverage your expertise to enhance employee performance and overall organizational well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed psychological assessments for individuals and teams.
  • Formulate and implement training and development initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist management in identifying areas for improvement within the organization based on psychological research.
  • Manage and resolve workplace conflict through effective psychological strategies.
  • Provide consulting services related to occupational health and safety issues.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for future training initiatives.
  • Create reports on findings from assessments and research to guide organizational strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards in all consulting and assessment practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of Occupational Psychology.
