Job Description

As a Weatherization Installer and Technician, you will be responsible for conducting on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various technical systems. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with clients to ensure their technical systems are operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting for network infrastructure components.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and peripherals.
• Conduct network diagnostics and provide analytical insights.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Create detailed documentation including service reports and equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Telecommunications or related field
• Degree in a relevant technical field is preferred
