Job Description

We are looking for Machine Feeders and Offbearers to join our production team. You will be essential in ensuring that all printed circuit boards are deburred and finished according to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload PCB panels into machinery for processing.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Document procedures accurately for compliance.
• Assist in training new staff members on best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of relevant training or apprenticeship is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment is advantageous

Technical Skills

• CNC Machinery Operation
• Quality Control Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous Experience in Electronics Manufacturing: Experience in a similar role within the electronics sector is an advantage.
• Understanding of Printed Circuit Boards: Basic knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
